Airport meet & greet

Land, and just look for your name.

A name-board welcome past customs at Ngurah Rai (DPS), a hand with the bags and a cool car waiting, at one fixed price, whatever time you land.

Ngurah Rai International (DPS)

Land, and just look for your name.

After a red-eye with a toddler, or thirty hours from the other side of the world, the last thing anyone wants is the taxi-counter scrum. So we remove it. Your chauffeur is already past the arrivals door with a name board, the car is already cool, and the price was already fixed before you took off.

STEP 01

We watch your flight

Send your flight number when you book and we track it. Land early, land late, sit on the tarmac, your driver adjusts, and the waiting time is on us, not on a meter.

STEP 02

Meet & greet at arrivals

Walk out of customs and look for the Bali Wheelman name board. A warm hello, a hand with every bag, a cold towel and chilled water, then a short, shaded walk to the car.

STEP 03

Straight into your holiday

Head for the villa, or start the trip right now, a sunset at Tanah Lot on the way from the airport is a favourite first move. Your chauffeur can stay on as your driver for the day or the whole stay.

Airport meet & greet

What’s included

A fixed price agreed before you fly, no meter, no surge, no surprises at the kerb.

  • Name-board greeting past customs
  • Flight tracked; waiting time on us
  • Help with every piece of luggage
  • Cold towel & chilled water
  • Air-conditioned, spotless car
  • Child seats fitted on request
  • Fixed, all-in price per car
Departures too. We time the pickup around real traffic, not guesswork, so you reach DPS with room to spare, and nobody spends the last morning of the holiday watching the clock.

Where will you head first?

From the airport to anywhere on the island.

Ngurah Rai sits at Bali’s narrow waist, which means everywhere is reachable, but journey times vary wildly with traffic. Rough guides, honestly given:

20-45 min, traffic depending

The south & the coast

Kuta, Legian and Seminyak are closest; Canggu’s lanes and Nusa Dua’s resort gates sit a little further out on opposite sides. Uluwatu’s clifftops run 45 minutes to an hour.

60-90 min, traffic depending

Ubud & the centre

The classic first-night run: out of the airport tangle and up into the green. Time it after the evening rush, or break it with dinner, and it’s a lovely drive.

2 hours and beyond

East, north & the ports

Candidasa, Amed’s dive coast, the northern lakes and Lovina’s dolphins, proper drives where a comfortable car and a patient driver earn their keep. Fast-boat ports for Nusa Penida and the Gilis, too.

Good to know

Your questions, answered.

Where exactly does the driver meet us?

Just outside the arrivals exit at Ngurah Rai International (DPS), holding a name board with your name on it. If you cannot spot it, message us on WhatsApp and we will talk you to the driver in under a minute.

What happens if our flight is delayed?

Nothing you need to fix. We track the flight number, the driver adjusts, and waiting time is included, a delayed landing never becomes a second bill.

Can we stop for food or a SIM card on the way?

Of course. A supermarket run, a SIM card, a first nasi goreng, the driver knows where everything is between the airport and your accommodation, and the stop costs nothing extra.

We land at midnight, is that a problem?

No. Tell us the flight and the driver is there, whatever the hour. Night arrivals are exactly when a fixed price and a known, waiting driver matter most.

Can the airport pickup turn into a full day?

Yes, and it is a lovely way to arrive, drop the bags, then straight into a half-day or sunset run. Ask for the combined quote when you book; it is priced as one all-in figure.
